| 1883 | 1st generation August Gottfried Albert Löseke founds a paper processing plant for flexible packaging in Hildesheim. |
| 1924 | 2nd generation Gustav Arwed Löseke establishes the company "Arwed Löseke" by taking over the "Hildesheimer Papiermanufaktur Großkopf & Co. oHG" domiciled in "Langer Garten". |
| 1939 | 3rd generation Hans Löseke takes charge of the management starting to modernize the plant on a small scale. During the war his wife, Mrs. Ursula Löseke, manages the business. |
| 1967 | 4. Generation Mr. Arwed Löseke, graduate in business management, joins the company. He founds the "Arwed Löseke Papierverarbeitung und Druckerei GmbH" becoming shareholder and managing director of the limited company. |
| Beginning of 70s | Extension of product range with production of dust filtration bags and dust filtration systems for vacuum cleaners. |
| 1977 |  Move of the headquarter from "Langer Garten" to the industrial area Hildesheim-Bavenstedt due to the rapid expansion of business. Nowadays the old production facilities in "Langer Garten" are a centre for cultural events and a meeting point of the young generation called "KulturFabrik Löseke". |
| 1983 | Substantial investments in the construction of new production halls as well as in extension and modernisation of machinery. |
| 1988 | Löseke France S.A.R.L., a distribution company is founded in Paris. |
| 1989 |  Acquisition of a 6-colours flexographic printing press with flexoart chamber system (Windmöller & Hölscher) and expansion of the quality management by an own colour mixing system and paint storage area. |
| 1994 | Purchase of a 9-colours gravure printing press with inline lamination (Schiavi). |
| 1997 | Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 |
| 2004 | 5th generation Mrs. Ariane Löseke, graduate in business management who joined the company in 1995, is appointed CEO. Löseke España, S.L.U., a distribution company is founded in Cèlra (Girona). Löseke Shanghai Paper Co., Ltd., a second production site is established in Shanghai. |
| 2006 | Establishment of the "Arwed Löseke University Foundation Hildesheim" |
| 2007 | Acquisition of a 10-colours gravure printing press (Windmöller & Hölscher 'Heliostar'). |
| 2008 | Implementation of a hygiene management system in accordance with HACCP concept |
